Promotions and discount codes
Create each code once, then select eligible Products or variants.
Inventory stocktake
Each Item or Product appears once, with all of its variant stock counts underneath.
Record manufacturing
Select a finished Product recipe, enter the quantity produced, then update finished and component stock together.
Archived Products are hidden from this list by default.
Asset Library
Create reusable files independently, then link them to content or Products.
Orders
Order Process
- New: paid order is waiting to be claimed, packed, or reviewed.
- Packing / Packed: prepare the items and check recipient details.
- Shipped: add the tracking number first. The customer tracking email is sent here.
- Delivered: sends the review/returns email and starts the 14-day completion window.
- Returns, swaps, complaints: set the follow-up status and add notes. Open issues block auto-complete.
- Resolved: add resolution notes. A delivered order can then re-enter the completion window.
- Completed: closes the order. Completed orders are archived after 30 days.
- Archive: use Archive now or Unarchive order to correct the active order queue.
- Timeline: records admin changes, auto-complete, archive, and unarchive events.
